Re-evaluating your Goals & Making Changes Stick

Small successes on the trail to larger ones need celebrating to provide a sense of achievement, this will help to give you the encouragement to continue. It is equally important to also re-evaluate your goals to avoid becoming either bored or discouraged and frustrated.

All this change in our lifestyles takes time, so not meeting your targets one week doesn't mean you've failed, you may just need to adjust your goals.

Changing your Activity and a Healthy Breakfast

With our busy lifestyles fitting even more activity in could mean our efforts to to get healthier are doomed to failure! So why not try to cut down on the time spent in front of the TV and instead use this to be more active.

Healthier eating is an obvious route to wellbeing but simple changes can make the difference. As many as 25% of us skimp on breakfast but missing this all important first meal of the day can increase our calorie intake; we are more likely to crave carbohydrates later in the day!

Enjoying a healthy breakfast can also improve our mental performance and we'll be 34% less likely too develop type 2 diabetes.
